How long does a custom project take?

Timelines vary based on complexity and current workshop capacity. Simple pieces like cutting boards typically ship within two to three weeks. Larger commissions such as wall art panels or custom shelving may require four to eight weeks. We provide specific estimates during the quotation process.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes, we ship to all provinces and territories. Smaller items travel via Canada Post or courier services. Larger pieces require freight shipping, and we work with trusted carriers who specialize in fragile goods. Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.

Can I visit the workshop?

We welcome visits by appointment. Seeing the wood selection and discussing your project in person often leads to better outcomes. Contact us to arrange a time that works with the production schedule.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-Transfer, credit cards, and cheques. Custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion before shipping. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased.

How do I care for my wooden items?

Each piece comes with specific care instructions. Generally, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme humidity changes. Cutting boards benefit from periodic oiling. Finished furniture pieces simply need dusting and occasional application of furniture wax.
